We will first inspect the lot through a video call. Once the price is fixed, we will proceed with sampling. During sampling, our representative will visit in person to check the lot. The samples will then be sent for testing. For the testing process, our representative or laboratory personnel will visit your location. We follow a 100% sampling procedure, which means we will collect a small sample from each bag. After sampling, the entire 12 MT lot will be sealed, and the collected samples will be sent to the laboratory for testing. The laboratory testing process usually takes 10-15days, and in some cases, the results may be available earlier. Once the test results confirm that the material meets the required specifications, we will arrange to lift the entire lot within 1–2 days and release 100% payment at the time of pickup.
